Gerald Madison, LTD.

Personal Injury Attorney

About Us

Gerald Madison moved to the Tahoe area in 1970. While working at Harrah's as a blackjack and craps dealer during summer vacations, he attended law school at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ, and graduated in 1975.

He passed the California Bar Exam in January 1976, and later that year handled his first personal injury case for some good friends who had a horse jump through the windshield of their Porsche. Since then, he has handled hundreds of injury cases (i.e. car crashes, dog bites, falls, and defective products.)

In 1979, Gerald passed the Nevada Bar Exam. He opened his private office, and has been working for clients from the Carson City area ever since. Instead of advertising on TV, he personally promotes himself by offering low cost, high value legal services for  joint petition divorces and trusts. He plans to create a large base of clients who will come back to him if they are hurt in a car accident.

He has a competent support staff and a computerized support system that includes a Windows 2000 network. He utilizes medical illustrator to print color illustrations proving clients' injuries. A full range of skeletons, skulls, vertebrae, charts and other models complement the illustrations. Cutting edge technology assures clients the best chance at an excellent offer of settlement from insurance adjusters.
